In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Allusion Media LLC responds expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement involving content made available through ThiccFliX.com (the “Platform”).
Allusion Media LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, restrict, disable access to, or terminate accounts associated with material alleged to infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. In appropriate circumstances, repeat infringers may have their access permanently terminated.
Please note that pursuant to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, please provide the following information to the designated DMCA agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Allusion Media LLC to locate the material on the Platform.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Allusion Media LLC to contact the complaining party, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Counter Notifications
If you believe that material you uploaded or submitted to the Platform was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
Counter notifications must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any district in which Allusion Media LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Allusion Media LLC maintains a policy for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users and account holders who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Content reported as unlawful, abusive, exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of Platform policy may be removed, restricted, or disabled pending investigation and review.

Users may report content directly through the reporting tools available on applicable video pages. All reports are reviewed in accordance with applicable law, Platform policy, and internal moderation procedures.
