1. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
When a subscription is canceled:
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No future recurring charges will be processed after cancellation.
- Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
- Members may continue using their membership benefits until the expiration date of the active subscription term.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate delivery of access to premium content, memberships, subscriptions, and digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
All sales are considered final except in circumstances outlined within this policy.
3. Eligible Refund Requests

Submission of a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Chargebacks
Members are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of account access.
- Permanent account termination.
- Restriction from future purchases.
- Submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor during dispute resolution.
6. Subscription Renewals
Membership subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
The renewal amount, billing frequency, and subscription terms will be disclosed during the checkout process.
It is the member’s responsibility to cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue service.
